Initially we need to gather as much information
as possible on all of your existing coverage
offerings and plans for a complete benefit
review.We will review all aspects of your plans
for appropriateness, compliance (PPACA, COBRA,
HIPAA, ERISA, etc.), gaps in
coverage, cost effectiveness, plan performance,
as well as goal accomplishment assessment.
Inclusive in this is a review of your current
situation under the Patient Protection Act
(PPACA), and helping to position your
organization for changes that are coming down the
road.
After this initial review, we will
provide you with an overall executive summary of
your current status, areas for improvement,
recommendations, and a timeline for next steps
(all subject to your approval and adjustment).
